I Installed the latest C:NOVELLODBCNDS but the examples are not compatible
with Visual basic 2005.
then I added The Novel ODBC Driver to the windows Data Source
Admintrator/System DSN.

my objective is write a login form with visual Basic 2005 that
authenticates(EDirectory) user name and password of individuals.

first I created a project then set up datasorce with Data sorce Wizard.
After choosing new connecction then Change datasource and use user data
souce name.
I got this error:
An error occurred while retrieving the information from the database.
Column 'TABLE_CAT' does not belong to table Tables.

Thanks for your help

Hi

Can you look at the thread Opening ODBC with VS2005 Beta2 7/15/2005

and my response 8/12. To see if this latter works for you?

Thank you
Susan
